How To Set Ooo Message In Outlook

Outlook doesn't support this. What version of Substitution practice yous use?

I forget if outlook 2007 supports setting oof ahead of time - i know 2010 and 2022 do. Every morning time when you lot come in, you'd ready oof to start later on and end at a specific time, and then you don't need to recollect to turn it on and off. That is as close to automated as information technology gets.

I believe we are using Exchange Server 2010.

You are correct - the out-of-office rules are available in Outlook 2007, but they don't quite do what I need them to do. If I could create recurring rules with them, information technology would be worth the fourth dimension to add the rules; however, I would need to add a minimum of 2 rules per week, and sometimes up to v rules per week. I tried that, just it'south too tedious. I also forgot when I stopped them and didn't utilise an out-of-office message for a few weeks earlier I establish out.

Practise you know if at that place is a way that I tin send it as a feature request? I've run it by two IT guys here and a few friends, and they 100% agree it would be a bright addition to Outlook (unless it'due south just that nosotros don't know how to get information technology to work!).

I agree - this would exist an excellent feature! I am in and out of the office all the time and I'm ever forgetting to set my out of office.

I'd love to meet anOut of Officewith Replies pick in the Prove As menu when creating appointments. It could be configurable or only a default message with starting time/finish details.
